What could be more attractive than a thick and lustrous mane? We all love to have hair which is healthy and free of any hair worries. But hair loss is an issue which is real and a lot of people suffer from it.

Massage this mixture onto your scalp and cover it with a shower cap. Leave it on overnight and then shampoo your hair the next morning with a mild hair cleanser.
3. Aloe vera- Aloe vera has enzymes which promote healthy hair growth. The alkalizing properties of aloe vera help with maintaining the required pH level of the scalp which promotes hair growth. Regular use of aloe vera may relieve itchy scalp, scalp irritation and inflammation, alleviate dandruff and add strength and luster to the hair. You can use aloe vera gel or the pulp, whichever is available. Apply the aloe vera gel or the aloe vera juice on to your scalp and leave it on for a few hours. Wash your hair with lukewarm water and make sure to repeat this remedy 3-4 times a week.
4. Fenugreek- Fenugreek or methi (hindi) is very effective in treating hair loss. It contains certain enzymes which improve the hair growth and also help with rebuilding the hair follicles. It also contains nicotine acid and proteins which stimulate the hair growth. Soak up one cup fenugreek seeds in water at night. Grind the fenugreek seeds to make a paste and apply this paste to your hair and scalp. Repeat this remedy every alternate day for visible results.
